Cody joined the family business in 2010 at age 21, founding and running his own construction company for six years before moving into project marketing in 2016. He holds the Real Estate Sales Corporation Licence and a Diploma in Construction — the rare combination of someone who can read a marketing plan and a structural drawing in the same breath.

As a director at Fraser & Co, Cody runs the day-to-day on Laguna Waters and the broader project pipeline. His builder background means developers get advice from someone who has stood on the other side of the wall — defect cycles, build sequencing, contractor logistics, all road-tested.

Systems-driven and consistent, Cody is the face of every campaign from masterplan to settlement.
